In the effort to ensure high quality care to my clients, I monitor and manage my cases carefully. At this time, my caseload is at capacity. I look forward to taking on additional clients in February 2025.

Yes! This is an important step. Contact Dr. Grange directly to set up a 15-minute consultation.
From there, the initial appointment can be scheduled. You will receive intake paperwork through a HIPAA compliant portal called Simple Practice. Once you complete the intake packet and submit all requested information, I will contact you to schedule your first appointment. Please complete the intake documents within a week of receiving the link; before the link expires. Once paperwork is received, you will receive an email with additional information to inform planning for the first appointment.

At The Fern Center for Life therapy is a powerful journey. The details of this journey can be different for each client. As with all journeys, unfolding of the process can include a Beginning, a Middle, and an End.
The Beginning: The initial assessment sessions allow for understanding the client’s goals for therapy and factors that influence these goals. In these sessions, initial rapport is established to support the therapeutic journey. We are seeking understanding and direction in this phase.
The Middle: This is where the growth happens! The therapeutic journey involves understanding one’s self in the context of a complicated world, seeing self in the context of relationships with others, challenging existing thoughts, exploring a range of emotions and more. This can lead to embracing new possibilities, developing strategies for managing life’s complexities, and ultimately experiencing life in a healthier way. You will be guided, supported, and challenged. Cheers, in advance, to experiencing the healing and growth you seek if you embrace this part of the journey!
The End: The ultimate aim is for clients to walk away from therapy one day with greater peace of mind, clarity, confidence, and strategies that can help maintain what was gained in therapy. Many clients proceed through therapy with many questions answered. They often then also experience new questions that have emerged. The end of the therapeutic process looks different for everyone. At the Fern Center for Life, clients end their process with the same support and guidance that is central to all phases of therapy.
It is important for clients to understand that they may return to therapy at later stages of life to strengthen their ability to manage new life transitions and challenges. This is ok and healthy. We all benefit from tune-ups at time.

I am not an in-network provider with insurance plans. However, clients can often get reimbursed for services (prior approval may be required) and/or use their Health Savings Account (HSA). To support the process, I can provide clients with documentation of services to submit to healthcare providers. This is typically in the form of a SuperBill.
